Live

Watch it land.

“Is it working right now?”

Most real-time dashboards are a number that ticks upward, which is entertaining and tells you nothing. Live shows each order as it arrives with the chain behind it — which channel, which campaign, which ad, and what the order is worth once its costs come off. On the day you launch something, that is the difference between watching and knowing.

What you actually see

Each order, as it happens

Arriving by webhook within seconds of the customer paying, not on a refresh cycle.

The full chain attached

Source, campaign and ad on the order itself, so a launch shows its effect in the feed rather than in tomorrow's report.

Value after costs

What the order is actually worth, not its headline amount.

Unmatched orders shown as unmatched

An order with no traceable source appears as one. The feed is a record, not a story.

How it gets there

  1. 1

    Webhooks, not polling

Shopify and Stripe push each order the moment it completes. Idempotent on the provider's own id, so a retry updates rather than duplicates.

  2. 2

    Enrich on arrival

The click identifier captured at landing is already on the order, so the chain is attached at the moment it appears rather than reconstructed later.

Where it stops

What Live will not tell you

  • It is a feed, not an analysis. Judging a campaign from the last twenty orders is exactly the mistake the rest of the product exists to prevent.
  • Attribution on a fresh order is provisional. A refund or an edit later changes what it was worth.
How fast is real time?

Seconds, from the customer completing checkout to the order appearing.

What if the same order arrives twice?

It updates rather than duplicating. Providers retry aggressively and deliver out of order; the feed is built for that.
