Kepra is in private development and is not yet offered as a paid service. The demo is public and runs on sample data. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract until the beta opens and these terms are finalised.

Kepra reads data from the commerce and advertising platforms you connect, calculates profit after cost of goods and refunds, attributes orders to advertising where the data allows, and proposes changes to your advertising campaigns.

This is a commitment, not a setting. Kepra will never create, pause, modify or delete anything in your advertising accounts unless you have approved that specific change. There is no autopilot mode that bypasses this, and we will not add one without your explicit, separately-given consent. Every executed action is logged with who approved it and when, and can be reverted.

Your data stays yours. You can export it and close your account at any time; see the privacy policy for retention and deletion. We do not lock exports behind a plan tier, and we will not hold your numbers hostage to keep you subscribed.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in euros, excluding VAT. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Beta participants keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription stays active.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for decisions made on the basis of our analysis — which is precisely why every change requires a human approval.

Danish law, with the courts of Denmark having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer rather than a business, mandatory protections in your country of residence still apply.
