Data deletion
Your data is yours, including the right to have it gone. This page is how – no account needed, no retention tricks.
If you have a Kepra account
Mail privacy@kepra.io from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We verify it is you, delete the organisation and every order, connection and secret under it, and confirm when it is done – within 30 days, usually much faster. Self-serve deletion ships with the beta.
If you connected through Meta
Removing Kepra in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and websites) triggers our deletion callback automatically. Meta hands you a confirmation code and a link back to this page, where the code shows what was deleted. Ad accounts are not connectable yet, so today such a request will truthfully report that we held nothing.
What deletion covers
Everything tied to your organisation: account, orders, sync events, connections and their secrets, and waitlist entries for your address. What survives: records we are legally required to keep (invoices, per bookkeeping law), and anonymous aggregates that cannot be traced to you. Details in the privacy policy.
